10 Week nutrition and exercise program to help individuals achieve a healthy weight and reduce their risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
An exciting year long program designed to help individuals get fit and learn about the history of the Underground Railroad (UGRR). This program will culminate with a 5k walk tracing part of the UGRR in different parts of Maryland. (The Health Freedom: A Path to Wellness)

A 4-week heart healthy awareness program for youth ages 9-17. Participants will learn how to make healthier food choices and increase their physical activity level.

1-1/2 hour course to learn how to prevent and/or treat high cholesterol.
Highs & Lows of Diabetes
1-1/2 hour course to learn about prevention and control of diabetes and its dangers.
Ups & Downs of High Blood Pressure
1-1/2 hour course designed to increase awareness of high blood pressure, its dangers,and ways to control it.
Programs are designed to be conducted at individual churches and community sites.
